Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join our group in Crown Point, IN. The provider will work with a collaborative team of nurse midwives and physicians.

• Master's degree – required
• 5 years of staff RN experience in labor and delivery – required
• 2 years clinical physician office – preferred
• Nurse Midwife (NMW) – required
• Registered Nurse (RN) – required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – required
