Colonial Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled facility in Crown Point, IN
.

Pay range: $30-$32/Hour-Negotiable (Conditions Apply)

Available shifts:

• Part Time Evenings/Nights
  * This can be combined to equal a FT position*
• PRN All Shifts

• Licensed Practical Nurse of this state
• Must be 18 years and older

• Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.
• Provide basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medication, and collecting specimens.
