Transitions Hospice is seeking an adaptable ECT Nurse to reinforce the interdisciplinary care team in hospice care. You will assess, treat, and communicate patient needs with speed and clinical precision, stepping in across cases to ensure no patient need goes unmet.
This role requires an active RN license, clinical hospice/home health experience preferred, and willingness to travel locally. You will work 8 AM–8 PM with rotating 4-day and 3-day weeks including weekends.
