We’re looking for a Closing Manager to oversee contracts from acceptance through close, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely transactions for our clients.
What You’ll Do- Manage 20+ transactions at a time
, guiding both buyer and seller sides from accepted contract to close - Keep all deadlines, documents, and communication on track
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, and title companies
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all contractual timelines
- Use platforms such as Sky Slope, SISU, and Lofty CRM to streamline workflows
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during the closing process to ensure a seamless experience
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements that elevate team performance
- 1+ year of real estate transaction coordination or closing experience
- Strong understanding of contracts, timelines, and compliance
- Tech‑savvy, organized, and an excellent communicator
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with real estate software (Sky Slope, SISU, CRM platforms)
- Real estate license is a plus
