Job Overview

As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase your organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations when needed.

• You will receive an hourly pay rate of $14.50 - $16.50 per hour depending on your skills and experience.
• Paid training is provided through live, hands‑on instruction as well as virtual classroom training.

• This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Average weekly hours are between 8 and 15 hours per week.
• Availability the week before and after major holidays, including weekends, is required.
• Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support.

You will perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores such as grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers. The position consists of four major components:

This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of energy and a sense of urgency. You must consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds, and up to 50 pounds on occasion. You will also kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the day, and may need to climb stairs and step ladders.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Capability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Proficiency operating a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
