Fidelity National Title, a member of the Fidelity National Financial (FNF) family of companies, is seeking an experienced Business‑to‑Business Sales Professional to support and grow our operations in Northwest Indiana. The Sales Executive will focus on generating profitable sales of Fidelity National Title products and services by developing new client relationships and expanding business with existing accounts. This individual will serve as a key representative to the real estate services industry in the region.
LOCATION- Located in Lake, Porter and LaPorte Counties, Indiana
- Local travel within the territory required for sales calls, networking, and client development.
- Generate profitable sales of Fidelity National Title products and services.
- Develop new clients while growing relationships with existing accounts.
- Promote residential services via referral networks and lead generation.
- Conduct regular sales calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans.
- Build rapport, gather feedback, address complaints, and liaise between customers and internal teams.
- Monitor competitors and market conditions.
- Attend networking groups for business development.
- Utilize standard office software/tools for managing accounts and documentation.
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with proven success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High energy level, results‑driven, strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong time‑management abilities; work independently and on teams.
- Proficiency in the application of technology to sales and marketing efforts, including at a minimum an average level of social media experience.
- Backgrounds such as Pharmaceutical/Medical Sales, Car Rental, Office Supply, Recruiting, Outsourcing Sales, or New Home Sales have shown success.
- Additional education, certifications, or advanced sales training are a plus.
This position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $65,000 – $100,000 annually in the first year based on location and job‑related factors such as skillset and experience but has uncapped ability to earn commission. Actual rate may vary within the range provided depending on a number of factors. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package including medical/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, paid time off, holidays, and matching 401(k) and employee stock purchase plan.
