In-Home Sales Representative

Pay: $150,000–$200,000+ per year (Commission + Bonuses)

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to provide customized bathroom remodeling solutions. Using our proprietary iPad-based sales system, you’ll design projects, present product options, and close sales. This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional seeking unlimited earning potential.

No cold calling—qualified appointments are provided.

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments
• Build rapport and identify customers' remodeling needs
• Create customized bathroom designs using our sales software
• Present product solutions, pricing, and financing options
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales goals
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process

• Previous in-home sales experience preferred
• Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong closing and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Comfortable using technology, including iPads and sales software
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local territory
