• Deliver efficient and cost‑effective service to customers.
• Maintain OEM certification status by keeping up to date with E‑trainings, classroom trainings, and practical hands‑on field tasks.
• Maximize availability of INNIO gas engines and related balance of plant through fast response, troubleshooting, and fault rectification.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance to avoid unnecessary part replacement and engine downtime.
• Respond to after‑hours callouts in a timely manner.
• Take oil samples, label and send to laboratory following agreed standards.
• Select, order, and use parts correctly; return unnecessary parts to warehouse.
• Maintain van stock, inventory accurately, and notify Parts Department upon usage.
• Communicate with Service Manager, customers, and subcontractors on site at all times.
• Provide service reports and recommendations in a timely, professional manner.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to protect Clarke Energy’s industry standing.
• Maintain high levels of site housekeeping and presentation.
• Keep company‑supplied equipment clean and well maintained.
• Maintain tools in safe working order and calibrate as required.
• Supervise and train apprentices and new employees as needed.
• Follow and adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.

• Minimum of 5 years of field service experience.
• Large gas engine knowledge and experience.
• Electrical and/or mechanical knowledge.
• Willingness to travel extensively; work alone.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and travel up to 80% of the year Monday‑Friday.
• Reasonable IT skill level.
• Desirable: power generation knowledge, reciprocating gas engines, engine overhauls.
• Consistently trustworthy, professional, reliable, and dependable.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Hourly pay ranges from $35‑45. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
