Overview
Step into an exciting opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students across elementary and middle school levels. This contract role is perfectly suited for skilled SLPs who thrive in dynamic academic environments and are passionate about making a difference in students' educational journeys.
We are seeking two dedicated professionals to provide onsite speech and language services for the academic year. Each position will manage a caseload of 45-55 students, collaborating with educators and families to foster communication growth and support academic achievement.
Qualifications- Current SLP licensure and ASHA CCC certification required
- School-based SLP experience highly preferred
- Strong clinical skills in assessment and intervention for both elementary and middle school populations
- Able to effectively manage caseloads across one or two school buildings
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for a diverse student population
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified needs
- Provide direct therapy and monitor student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and family members to support student goals
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Adapt therapy strategies to engage students at both elementary and middle school levels
