- Expected Pay Range: $20.15 - $22.20
- Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

What You'll Do
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to pull, pick, pile, and ship finished goods within the warehouse.
- Load and unload products from trucks, trailers, and containers while verifying accuracy of inventory and documentation.
- Prepare and organize shipping paperwork, including pick tickets, manifests, and labels.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment and support overall material flow.
- Ship products using preferred carriers and support additional warehouse tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or GED with two or more years of related warehouse or forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with scanners and shipment portals.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperature environments.

- First-shift schedule, Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
- A hands-on role supporting warehouse operations within a growing organization.
- Regular lifting, carrying, and handling of materials up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent standing, walking, and operation of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions within a warehouse environment.
- The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
