Expected Pay Range: $20.15 - $22.20

Bonus:
This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

What You’ll DoSafely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to pull, pick, pile, and ship finished goods within the warehouse.

Load and unload products from trucks, trailers, and containers while verifying accuracy of inventory and documentation.

Prepare and organize shipping paperwork, including pick tickets, manifests, and labels.

Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.

Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment and support overall material flow.

Ship products using preferred carriers and support additional warehouse tasks as needed.

What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED with two or more years of related warehouse or forklift experience preferred.

Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to follow instructions.

Basic computer skills, including experience with scanners and shipment portals.

Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperature environments.
