Coverage Area: SE & SW London, Surrey, Sussex, Kent

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum + Company Van

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Field Service Bean to Cup Coffee Engineer to join our growing service team. This is a field-based role covering London and the South East, ideal for an engineer based in or around Croydon or South Croydon.

The Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of bean-to-cup coffee machines at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

Service, fault-find, and repair bean-to-cup coffee machines

Carry out planned preventative maintenance

Install and commission new equipment

Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults efficiently

Provide a high level of customer service on-site

Accurately complete service reports and documentation

Requirements

Proven industry experience working with bean-to-cup coffee machines (essential)

Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills

Field service background preferred

Full UK driving licence

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

Professional and customer-focused approach
