Overview We are seeking a dedicated and physically strong Electrical Improver to join our team for a short-term project in Croydon, London. This is a one-week opportunity to work alongside a skilled electrician, assisting with the installation of armoured cables. • Assist the electrician in pulling and installing armoured cables.
• Provide physical support for cable management and installation tasks.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow instructions and collaborate effectively with the electrician and other team members.

• Must hold a valid Improver-ECS card.
• Previous experience in electrical installation or similar roles is preferred.
• Physically strong and capable of handling demanding manual tasks.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety protocols.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently under supervision.

• Start each day by reviewing the project plan and receiving instructions from the lead electrician.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of tools and materials.
• Work hands-on to pull, position, and secure armoured cables as directed.
• Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and within the allocated time frame.
• Communicate effectively with the team to address any challenges or adjustments needed during the project.
