Handyman - Hausworks PS LTD

You will be responsible for attending properties daily and completing a variety of maintenance and repair works, including:

• Painting and decorating
• Carpentry and joinery
• Plumbing repairs
• General handyman works
• Basic electrical repairs and maintenance
• Property repairs and maintenance
• General snagging and finishing works
  You will be required to travel throughout London, so a flexible approach to travel and a strong work ethic are essential., Previous experience working as a Handyman or Maintenance Operative
• Competent across multiple trades, including painting, carpentry, plumbing and general repairs
• Electrical experience is desirable
• Full UK driving licence
• No more than 6 penalty points
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Able to work independently and manage a daily workload
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Own tools suitable for general maintenance work
• Right to work in the UK
• Self-employed status, If you are a reliable, hard-working Handyman with a can-do attitude and the skills to complete a variety of property repairs, we would like to hear from you.
