Up to £41,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent The Opportunity We're currently recruiting for an experienced Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join a growing engineering and maintenance team based in Croydon, South London . This is a hands-on role suited to a qualified Vehicle Technician who enjoys fault finding, diagnostics and keeping vehicles and equipment operating to a high standard.

You'll be working as part of a skilled engineering team, carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs while ensuring vehicles are safe, reliable and ready for operation.

The Role As a Level 3 Vehicle Technician, your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a range of vehicles. Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults and carrying out effective repairs. Using diagnostic equipment to identify faults and issues. Completing preventative maintenance and inspections. Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. Maintaining accurate records of work completed. Working closely with colleagues and management to minimise vehicle downtime.

Following company health & safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organised working environment. About You We're looking for someone with:
Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance / Motor Vehicle Technology or equivalent. Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic or Commercial Vehicle Technician . Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills. Experience carrying out servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance. A good understanding of vehicle systems and fault finding. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently. A full UK driving licence is advantageous.

Experience with HGVs, commercial vehicles, plant or heavy-duty equipment would also be beneficial. What's in it for You?
