Example Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.
They require a self-employed heating engineer for a long-term social housing contract.

Likely installing Vaillant or Ideal - Contract Property Portfolio:
The portfolio is a combination of both houses and flats, BUT significantly more flats/apartments than houses. - Commitment:
Minimum 3 days per week - Contract Length: 6 months+
- Payment terms:
Weekly one week in arrears
Agreed Install inductions for contractors will take place w/c 5th October

- £340
- 7 Radiator Replacement
- £299.20
- Full Pipework Replacement

- Oil Boiler Replacement

- Work booked within 45 minute radius of Croydon
- Weekly pay – no chasing invoices
- Parking permit provided
- Monday to Friday (part-time min. 3 days per week commitment can be accommodated)
- Full PPE and kit provided.
- Long-term contract
- 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer
- ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)
- Panel Van (plain or sign written)
- Gas Safe Registration
- Clean DBS Check
- No more than 6 points on Driving Licence
- Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
- £2m Public Liability Insurance
