As a Vehicle Mechanic, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality servicing, maintenance and repair work while ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work
- Completing a variety of service and maintenance operations
- Carrying out assembly operations and repairs efficiently
- Diagnosing and identifying mechanical faults
- Working to the highest standards of quality and efficiency
- Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer and safety standards
- Accurately completing job cards and service documentation
- Providing excellent technical support and advice where required
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Mechanic / Vehicle Technician with:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
- At least 2 years' experience working as a Vehicle Mechanic within the automotive industry
- Strong mechanical and technical skills
- A good understanding of servicing, maintenance and repair procedures
- A current MOT Licence would be advantageous but is not essential
- Your own tools and toolbox
- A full manual UK Driving Licence, subject to licence checks
