Location: Aldergrove Flying Station, Crumlin, BT29 4BP

Hourly rate: £13.22 per hour.
Contract type: Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week.
Shift times: between 06:30-15:00 and 10:00-18:30.
Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our team working at Aldergrove Flying Station.
You will be responsible for collaborating with the teams regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality, and brand standards.

- Reporting to the Sous Chef, working with the teams regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality, and brand standards.
- Preparing food for military dining facilities and hospitality events.
- Assisting the Sous Chef with post-analysis and ensuring all shift opening and closing checklists are completed.
- Learning procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks.
- Undertaking relevant training as required.
- Relevant culinary qualification.
- Previous experience of working in a kitchen.
- Certificate in food safety (or willingness to obtain via online e‑learning).
- Excellent team player and communicator.
- DBS and security checks required.
