• Lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reporting, audits, treasury, payroll, and AP/AR.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership by providing financial insights that drive business performance.
• Improve accounting processes, financial reporting, internal controls, and month-end close.
• Develop KPIs and performance dashboards that increase visibility into operational performance and profitability.
• Partner closely with operations to improve business performance across multiple service lines.
• Provide leadership across finance and administrative functions, including HR, IT, payroll, risk management, and office operations.
• Mentor and develop teams while helping build scalable processes for future growth.

• CPA designation and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Public accounting background.
• Strong operational finance experience within transportation, logistics, manufacturing, construction materials, heavy equipment, aggregates, or similar asset-intensive industries.
• Expertise in cost accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, ERP systems, and process improvement.
• A leadership style that balances strategic thinking with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and solve problems alongside the business.
