If you thrive in hands-on leadership environments where strategy meets execution, we'd love to connect with you.
- Lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reporting, audits, treasury, payroll, and AP/AR.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership by providing financial insights that drive business performance.
- Improve accounting processes, financial reporting, internal controls, and month-end close.
- Develop KPIs and performance dashboards that increase visibility into operational performance and profitability.
- Partner closely with operations to improve business performance across multiple service lines.
- Provide leadership across finance and administrative functions, including HR, IT, payroll, risk management, and office operations.
- Mentor and develop teams while helping build scalable processes for future growth.
- CPA designation and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Public accounting background.
- Strong operational finance experience within transportation, logistics, manufacturing, construction materials, heavy equipment, aggregates, or similar asset-intensive industries.
- Expertise in cost accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, ERP systems, and process improvement.
- A leadership style that balances strategic thinking with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and solve problems alongside the business.
- Partner directly with executive leadership and ownership.
- Influence company-wide strategy and operational decisions.
- Build and strengthen the financial infrastructure of a growing organization.
- Lead meaningful organizational improvements that create lasting business impact.
- Join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture where your ideas and leadership will be highly visible.
