• Manage a book of commercial business, specializing in E&O, Professional Liability, and Cyber Liability
• Work closely with producers, account executives, and other team members to deliver exceptional service to clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including policy details, correspondence, and transaction history
• Manage the entire lifecycle of commercial insurance policies, including renewals, endorsements, cancellations
• Prepare and present insurance quotes, proposals, and renewal packages to clients.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain competitive quotes and ensure timely delivery of proposals
• Document all client related matters in Document Management System
• Process certificates of insurance, binders, and other documentation as required.
• Handle billing inquiries and assist clients with payment-related issue
• Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve disputes or discrepancies

This position is budgeted at $60,000

The role is hybrid in Crystal Lake, IL

Required:

• 2-3 years Commercial Account Management experience required
• P&C License required
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service experience

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
