What you will do

Member engagement, member retention, new member recruitment, and product sales – working flexible hours.

Here’s a snapshot of responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience while engaging members with the weekly behavior change curriculum to support their journey.
• Build strong connections in the community on social platforms, seek opportunities for on‑brand partnerships, attract new members, and create brand awareness, representing WW at internal and external events.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention through relationship building and providing the support, tools or products members need to succeed.
• Deliver behavior change coaching by ensuring members feel seen, heard, and supported – respond to members’ posts with purpose, encouraging reflection, learning, problem‑solving, and action planning, welcoming new members.

• Social media savvy or content creator
• Passionate about wellness, and either a current WW member or excited to become one
• Excellent at active listening, providing assistance to members
• Preferable experience facilitating a group
• Able to travel to workshop locations within the territory
• Interested in a flexible, part‑time schedule

Base salary may vary depending on skills, experience, and location. Eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus program.

US Pay Range: $15 – $21 USD
