Manufacturing Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service/Account Mgt. Rep. for the following shift in our Crystal Lake, IL facility:

Shift available: 9 am to 5:30 pm M-F

• Min. of 5 years customer account management experience in manufacturing and have a solid understanding of how to read order specifications is required.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and set expectations on manufacturing of their product.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships by phone and email
• Excellent attendance and reliability is critical in this role
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a teamwork environment (positive attitude!)
• Strong MS Office, project management and organizational skills

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with the new and existing order processes, providing support to the sales staff as it relates to orders, providing customer service during the order process, liaising with all other departments to ensure timely delivery of product as promised, maintaining customers' electronic files, providing phone support, filing, and other general office activity as required in order to maintain customer satisfaction.

This position works under the general supervision of the Customer Service Manager.
