This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Bookkeeper based in Crystal Lake, IL. The Senior Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing journal entries, preparing financial statements, and overseeing the company's bookkeeping processes. The role requires ensuring the timely and precise reporting of financial data as well as working closely with the finance team to support overall accounting operations.

• Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation, analysis, and reporting
• Extensive knowledge of Bookkeeping and maintaining detailed financial records
• Experience with Accounting Software and tools used for financial management
• Strong understanding of Finance principles and practices
• Familiarity with Journal Entries and their application in accounting processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within logistics or manufacturing, is an advantage
