Job Description- Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue, leading proactive lead generation, appointments, and a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
- Manage and grow Business Banking relationships under $2MM in sales revenue, translating client information into actionable sales strategies and generating quality referrals to ecosystem partners.
- Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch as a COI, collaborating with partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking, and Mortgage.
- Deliver client well‑being through tailoring solutions for deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing, solving problems courteously and with urgency, and acting as an advocate across product, support, operations, and other departments.
- Partner with the branch team to identify consumer and business banking opportunities, creating referrals and following up on independent opportunities to expand share of wallet.
- Engage clients in the lobby to position PNC products, educate them on financial transaction options, and apply product knowledge to drive customer loyalty.
- Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, ensuring daily operations are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Customer Focused – create customized customer solutions aligned with needs and satisfaction.
- Managing Risk – assess and manage risks associated with business objectives and activities in line with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- University or college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- No required certifications; additional background checks per Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.

Base Salary: $57,750 – $96,250. Salary may vary based on location, market data, skills, experience, and education. The role is incentive eligible.
