Travel:
Yes – up to 50% of time, subject to business needs.
Position is not eligible for international or regional relocation as work can be completed remotely.
The Manager, Finance Enablement Platform is responsible for consulting with Finance partners to evaluate and recommend financial technology solutions that enable the achievement of business goals. They analyze business strategy, operations, and current technology architecture to develop options for new technologies that optimize the company’s financial functions and business processes. They provide consultation on solutions planning, impact analysis, risk assessment, budgeting, and may provide financial analysis to determine ROI/ROA of proposed solutions.
This role will be part of the PMO for large complex projects.
- Identify and address bottlenecks in finance processes.
- Develop and implement automated solutions to streamline workflows.
- Conduct new hire training and refresher training for established users on Oracle system, other related applications, and third‑party software and service providers.
- Structure gap analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to improve metrics and efficiencies.
- Act as key functional and technical liaison with financial services third parties.
- Provide training to finance professionals on new processes and tools.
- Serve as a point of contact for finance teams, answering questions and providing support.
- Help finance teams adopt best practices and improve their skills.
- Ensure data integration between different systems.
- Stay up‑to‑date on emerging technologies that can be applied to finance.
- Get buy‑in from key stakeholders and provide regular updates of progress and enhancements to the roadmap.
- Create quick reference guides for completed projects to support ongoing training and learning.
- Required:
College or university business degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related analytical field. - Preferred: MBA or comparable degree.
- Required:
6+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or a related role within Aptar Group. - Experience with financial systems such as SAP, BPC, Blackline, etc.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and automation.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong technology and data analysis/system skills.
- Process improvement expertise.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Up to 50% travel, fluctuating based on business needs.

Salary Range$123,000 - $167,000 (US, pay range not a guarantee). Final offer may vary based on experience and location.
