• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License
• Speech Language Pathologist Endorsement
• Understanding of school-based speech/language therapy
• Experience with data collection and monitoring student progress
• Experience in public or private schools
• Strong communication skills
• Experience serving young children
• Interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
• Ability to evaluate and assess students using appropriate tools
• Ability to prepare evaluation and progress reports
• Experience designing and implementing treatment plans and interventions

• Effective communication skills

• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, walk, and lift equipment/materials
