What You Will Be Doing At ABC- Responsible for the day‑to‑day administrative functions for our busy clinics (document management, tracking people and items, internal and external communication with referral sources).
- Provide great support to inbound calls from both prospective and current clients/families.
- Become a subject‑matter expert on autism to help others understand how we help children and families.
- Handle various marketing and admissions tasks to support the work of the operations manager and clinical leadership.
- Embody our core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, Fun) and be a cultural role model for teammates.
- A positive, contagious attitude ready to engage with our families.
- Experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas. Passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
