Role Summary
:
You will maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for members and associates. This includes sweeping parking lots, cleaning restrooms and floor areas, and performing general maintenance tasks while remaining on your feet throughout the shift.

Base pay range
: $17.00/hr – $24.00/hr

• Perform regular safety sweeps and respond to spills promptly.
• Maintain clean floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles using approved chemicals and equipment.
• Operate floor scrubbers and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with environmental sustainability programs.
• Ensure that company‑approved chemicals and supplies are stocked and replenished.
• Follow company safety standards, including hazard spotting and proper forklift procedures.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and maintain customer satisfaction at all times.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable working an entire shift on your feet in a physically demanding environment.
• Adaptable to fast‑paced and changing work scenarios.
• Strong focus on member satisfaction and teamwork.
• Experience with custodial cleaning or related work is preferred.

Additional hourly premiums may apply ($0.35–$3.00/hr) based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
