Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team in Crystal Lake, IL. This individual will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and electrical systems to ensure efficient and safe operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience with PLC/CNC systems, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Starting at $55,000/yearly

- Located in Crystal Lake, IL
- Maintain and troubleshoot industrial machinery including hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and electrical systems
- Diagnose equipment issues using testing tools and technical knowledge
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
- Install and repair electrical systems, including wiring, conduit, motors, and control panels
- Troubleshoot PLC, CNC, and PC-controlled equipment
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
- Operate equipment as needed to test performance and identify issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and productivity goals
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- 3–5 years of general maintenance experience required
- Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Experience troubleshooting PLC, CNC, and PC-based equipment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience using hand and power tools, welders, and measurement tools
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
