Now Hiring Bundler Operator Assistant
Location:
Crystal Lake, IL Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
6:00 AM to 6:30 PM Machines Don't Run Without You. Machines don't run without people like you. Take on this Machine Operator role, keep the floor alive, and take home steady pay every week.
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
- Willingness and ability to learn and advance into Machine Operator roles
- Ability to pass company testing preferred for future advancement opportunities
- Must wear steel-toe or composite-toe safety shoes
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties:
- Support production and manufacturing operations as assigned
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Assist machine operators and production team members
- Perform material handling, production support, and general manufacturing tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Monitor product quality and report issues as needed
- Support team goals and production schedules
- Cross-train for potential advancement into Machine Operator positions
