Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Additional manufacturing, CNC machining, or machine operator training is a plus.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator, CNC Machine Operator, or in a manufacturing environment.
- CNC machining experience preferred; experience operating production equipment is a plus.
- Ability to inspect parts for quality, identify defects, and maintain production standards.
- Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply;
English-speaking candidates are also welcome.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout an entire shift.
- Frequently lift and move materials and finished parts as needed.
- Comfortable working around automated machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with machine noise and warm temperatures.
- Ability to maintain focus while following safety procedures and operating production equipment.
- Load and unload CNC machining equipment and monitor production cycles for efficient operation.
- Clean finished aluminum components and deburr machined parts to meet quality standards.
- Perform basic machine operation, assist with minor maintenance and equipment oiling, and report mechanical concerns.
- Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure products meet production and quality specifications.
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and all company safety policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area while supporting productivity goals and collaborating with the manufacturing team.

As a CNC Operator you will set up, operate, monitor, and adjust CNC machining equipment to manufacture precision components according to engineering specifications. You will verify machine setups, inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments, troubleshoot machining issues, maintain tooling, and support quality and production goals while following established safety and manufacturing procedures.
A CNC Operator produces precision parts through the operation of advanced CNC machining equipment. This role requires technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy throughout every stage of the machining process.
The CNC Operator combines blueprint interpretation, machine setup, tooling knowledge, and precision inspection techniques to manufacture quality components. Successful candidates understand the importance of consistency, safety, and attention to detail.
