Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided for new operators.
Experience Requirements
- Manufacturing and machine operator experience preferred; CNC experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, following written work instructions and production procedures.
- Reliable transportation, strong attendance, and punctuality required.
- Flexible schedule with overtime and weekend availability required.
- Willingness to learn new skills and cross-train on additional CNC equipment as experience grows.
- Spanish-speaking and English-speaking candidates both encouraged to apply.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment around automated production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to tolerate machine noise and warmer facility temperatures during summer months.
- Manual dexterity to load, unload, clean, and deburr machined parts, and perform basic machine operation tasks.
- Ability to stand and remain productive throughout the shift while keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe.
Job Duties
- Load and unload CNC machining equipment and monitor machine production cycles.
- Clean and deburr finished aluminum components and perform basic machine operation functions.
- Assist with minor production maintenance and oiling tasks and follow work instructions and production procedures.
- Inspect parts for quality and defects, maintain productivity and quality standards, and follow all company safety policies and procedures.

What You Will DoAs a CNC Machine Operator you will set up, operate, monitor, and adjust CNC machining equipment to manufacture precision components according to engineering specifications. You will verify machine setups, inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments, troubleshoot machining issues, maintain tooling, and support quality and production goals while following established safety and manufacturing procedures.
A CNC Machine Operator produces precision parts through the operation of advanced CNC machining equipment. This role requires technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy throughout every stage of the machining process.
The CNC Machine Operator combines blueprint interpretation, machine setup, tooling knowledge, and precision inspection techniques to manufacture quality components. Successful candidates understand the importance of consistency, safety, and attention to detail.
