Job Duties
- Load and unload CNC machining equipment
- Monitor machine production cycles
- Clean finished aluminum components
- Deburr machined parts
- Perform basic machine operation functions
- Assist with minor production maintenance and oiling tasks
- Follow work instructions and production procedures
- Inspect parts for quality and defects
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements
- Previous machine operator experience
- Steel-toe shoes
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Flexible schedule with overtime and weekend availability
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
