You'll ensure smooth resident transitions, provide hands‑on leadership, and promote top‑quality, compassionate care. • Welcome new residents and families with professionalism and compassion.
• Complete admission assessments, documentation, and care planning.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure smooth transactions.
• Provide resident and family education about care, routines, and expectations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy in admission documentation.
• Support the nursing team as needed during the shift.

• Long‑term care experience preferred, but not required – strong mentorship provided.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and assessment skills.

• Human Resource Manager will contact you within 1‑2 business days of your application submission
• Complete 1‑2 interview(s) with Department Head and Human Resources
• Upon receiving the job offer, complete new‑hire tasks and onboarding paperwork (via the Paycor app)
• Human Resource will set date/time to complete paperwork, provide tour of building while introducing you to our staff, provide name badge and time‑clock access
• Department head and/or Scheduler will meet with you to provide you with schedule
