Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Location: Fair Oaks Health Care Center, Crystal Lake, IL

• Provide RN-level assessment, oversight, and interventions for residents during the night shift.
• Complete medication passes with precision and care.
• Respond to emergencies with calm confidence.
• Support CNAs and be the go-to leader for the night crew.
• Document like a pro - clear, accurate and on time.

• Current RN license (Illinois) in good standing.
• Someone who’s cool under pressure, steady in emergencies, and compassionate always.
• A nurse who knows night shift isn’t just “trickier” - it’s where independence and leadership really shines.
• The kind of person who doesn’t mind their “coffee break” happening at 2 a.m.
• Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job.
• Must successfully pass background and drug screen.

NIGHT SHIFT (11P-7A or 7P-7A) – let us know your preference.

• Completes assignments and assessments in a timely manner ensuring safe care of residents.
• Documents results of care within facility policies, procedures and scope of practice.
• Implements holistic plan of care.
• Demonstrates time management and task prioritization.
