Director of Nursing (DON)

Full time, located in Crystal Lake, IL.

Salary: $95,000.00 – $ annually.

As the Director of Nursing, you will supervise the nursing staff, oversee quality of care for residents, and manage nursing operations to meet regulatory and company standards.

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• We offer a full training program and are willing to train the right candidate
• Long‑term care setting experience preferred
• Managerial experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Illinois
• CPR certification
