• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses transferred to state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component);
  Aveanna can assist after hire if needed.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Half‑year prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
• State‑specific requirements as applicable.
