QA Coordinator

This position supports the quality department and function of the QMS (ISO 9001).

• Log, track, and maintain records for Deviations, Process Alerts, Quality Alerts, MOC, et cetera.
• Participates in Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities.
• Owner of Control of Documented Information process.
• Maintain Network QMS folders with focus on organization and security of information.
• Maintain records with focus on process evidence requirements.
• Processing NCM and WIP Scrap transactions
• Monitoring ERP application Material on Hold system to ensure data integrity.
• Compiling data for analysis upon request.
• Reporting assigned KPI.
• Creation and assistance in creation of procedures, work instructions, visual aids, and other QMS documents.
• Participates in ISO 9001 audits, internal and external, as an auditee.
• Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibilities and requirements of the job
• Performs Essential Job Functions and Duties with or without reasonable accommodation

Education, Licenses, and Certifications

• High School Diploma
• Bachelor's degree

• Required certifications:
  None

Years of Experience and Knowledge

• 3 ~ 5 years in a manufacturing setting.
• 1 ~ 3 years in a quality-based role
  - Preferred.
• 1 ~ 3 years working in an ISO 9001 or other QMS based setting
• 1 ~ 3 years internal ISO 9001 auditor or other QMS
  - Bonus

Skills and Abilities

• Beginner level Microsoft Visio skills is a bonus.
• Basic Proficiency Bi-Lingual capabilities in Spanish is a bonus.

Travel Requirements

• 0% ~ 10% travel domestically and internationally required

Salary Range: $ 44,960.00 - $ 61,820.00
