Sterling Engineering is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to support manufacturing quality, process validation, and customer quality requirements. This role will serve as the primary quality contact for assigned customers while leading corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate has a BS in engineering, 5+ years of quality experience in manufacturing, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. ISO 9001 experience is a plus.
