Prepare bakery/deli items per customer requests using bakery equipment;
Offer product samples to help customers discover new items or products they inquire about;
Inform customers of bakery and/or deli specials and ensure freshness and correct portion sizes;
Maintain temperatures and logs, follow food safety guidelines, and properly label and inventory merchandise;
Provide excellent customer service and assist the department manager as needed
