Responsibilities
  • Be a Team Member
    :
    Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross‑functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with the team; and is flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
  • Be an Expert
    :
    Prepares food according to item specifications; plans future and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance and inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; and demonstrates an understanding of product and layout execution.
  • Be a Techie
    :
    Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick‑up orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
  • Be an Owner
    :
    Drives the area’s performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member’s needs; assists members with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise; and resolves member issues and concerns.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador
    :
    Acts as a brand advocate; develops, influences and inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented style; understands roadblocks and assists in training them.
  • Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans; uses the Open Door Policy; and applies these in executing business processes and practices.
  • Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers and other business partners; identifies priorities, deadlines and expectations; carries out tasks; communicates progress and information; recommends ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapts to and learns from change, difficulties and feedback.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Acknowledge that the position requires successful completion of all job‑required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Food Safety Certification.
  • Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).

Compensation

Hourly wage range: $18.00 to $26.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances; premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
