Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Sam’s Club is looking for employees to join our freezer, cooler, and deli teams. You will keep shelves stocked, maintain temperature control, and provide customer service while ensuring all equipment and areas are clean and sanitary. Your role will support a high‑quality purchasing experience and help keep our products ready for members.

Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
Maintain the freezer/cooler/deli area, including handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays, signing and pricing merchandise, completing required audits, paperwork, logs, and documentation, and securing fragile and high‑shrink merchandise.
Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
Follow company policies related to the freezer/cooler area by complying with food‑handling policies, operating and sanitizing equipment, adhering to cold‑chain procedures, cleaning the area, monitoring freezer/cooler fans, drains, and door operation, and reporting issues.
QualificationsMust be 18 years of age or older.
Pay and BenefitsHourly wage range: $18.00 – $26.00 per hour.
Additional compensation may include hourly premiums up to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, or work performed.
