Assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties to associates, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, providing direction and guidance to associates on member service approaches and techniques to ensure member complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting the Open Door Policy, participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching and evaluating associates.

Maintains safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for forklift spotting and handling and disposing of hazardous materials.

Supports the Sam's Club eCommerce plan in the club by overseeing operations of the eCommerce programs such as Club Pick Up, Ship From Club, etc., auditing online customer feedback, working to resolve customer complaints, escalating unresolved issues and identifying trends. Supervises associates supporting the eCommerce programs by training and providing resources, assigning duties, providing feedback, communicating goals, and ensuring associate coverage at the eCommerce pick‑up location.

Executes the Sam's Club Pickup plan and processes in the club by updating operations with key performance indicators, auditing customer orders, ensuring equipment is available, maintaining awareness of the Club Pickup strategy and execution goals, touring the club to evaluate CPU performance, providing resources to meet associate needs, evaluating performance and processes, and determining their impact on the club while developing metrics.

Supports projects to improve CPU efficiencies, models appropriate picking and loading, executes process improvement projects, and communicates with others to ensure Sam's Club Pickup is properly staffed.

Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support on self‑service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues, and promoting company products.

Ensures maintenance of the sales floor and merchandise presentation, handles claims and returns, zones the area, stocks, arranges, organizes merchandise, sets up cleaning, and organizes displays. Oversees picking and staging of club pick‑up orders.

Develops, communicates and implements processes to meet business needs, collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners, monitors progress, identifies improvement opportunities, and promotes compliance with policies and ethics.

Leads and participates in teams, coordinates and executes work assignments, provides feedback and support.

The hourly wage range for this position is $22.00 to $30.00.*

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
