Reliable transportation is required, but this position will primarily be based out of our office located in Crystal Lake, IL.
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will support our front lines to our sales efforts—identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, helping drive company growth, and supporting our Business Development Executive.

What You’ll Do- Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
- Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and activity in the CRM
- Sales support and reporting
- Stay informed about our services, industry trends, and client needs
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospects
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft tools is a plus
