Responsibilities
- Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote home health care services and build referral source relationships.
- Prepare business plans and maintain target lists, prioritizing accounts according to the market sales plan.
- Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on important customer opportunities.
- Travel within the assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
- Report to the Market Executive of Sales.
- Note:
The territory includes McHenry and a small portion of Lake and Kane counties.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health‑related science (e.g., nursing) or equivalent, plus a minimum of two years of healthcare or related industry sales experience.
- Previous home health care sales experience, especially selling to physicians, case managers, and in SNFs, or experience as a clinical liaison is highly preferred.
- Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM is preferred.
- Microsoft Office proficiency is required.

Pay Range: $64,600 - $86,400 per year (base salary; commission incentive plan applicable based on performance).
