Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m. Some overtime may be available based on workload.

What You’ll Do- Learn and perform preventative maintenance inspections on tractors, trailers, and other equipment.
- Assist with diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, brake, lighting, tire, and equipment issues.
- Help complete DOT annual inspections and address Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports in a timely manner.
- Enter work orders and document completed repairs in the maintenance system.
- Work alongside experienced Fleet Technicians and the Fleet Manager to build your skills and confidence.
- Follow company safety procedures and keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Diesel technician training with 1–2 years of experience, or equivalent fleet maintenance and repair experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to keep learning.
- Ability to communicate repair needs clearly and complete basic paperwork or system entries accurately.
- CDL A or B, Annual Inspector Certification, or Brake Inspector Certification is a plus, but not required.
- Must provide basic tools; diagnostic equipment and major tools are provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and work with hands throughout the shift.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 80 lbs.
- Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly while working safely around vehicles and equipment.
