Qualifications
  • Valid Illinois School Psychologist License required
  • Proven experience working in school settings, ideally at the elementary and/or middle school level
  • Strong understanding of assessment tools, IEP development, and behavioral intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • A commitment to fostering student growth, well-being, and inclusivity
Primary Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to address students academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
  • Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation services as needed
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to positive school climate initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines

Compensation and Benefits
