Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator
City and State: Crystal Lake, IL
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday (1st Shift – 6am-2:30pm)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate with forklift experience to support daily operations in a paint manufacturing and distribution environment. This role involves material handling, order fulfillment, and assisting with shipping processes, including UPS orders.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and move paint products, stains, and related materials
• Operate sit-down forklift and stand-up reach truck safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks
• Pick and prepare orders using RF scan guns
• Maintain accurate inventory and order tracking
• Assist with material distribution and warehouse organization
• Support UPS shipping processes as a backup
• Perform basic clerical tasks related to shipping and order processing

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Experience operating sit-down forklift and reach truck required
• Familiarity with scan guns and warehouse systems
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic clerical or shipping experience (UPS/Fed Ex) is a plus
