Caregiver, Direct Support Professional​/ Direct Care, Community Health

Role: Caregiver providing community-based support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities: Assist with personal hygiene, support behavioral and complex needs, help participants achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and foster meaningful relationships. Encourage community participation and promote independence.

Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent (training provided), strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills. Candidates should be patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible. A valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance are required.

Key Duties: Support participants in daily activities, promote their well-being, and assist with personal and behavioral challenges. Work collaboratively with a supportive team dedicated to participant growth and independence.
