Pride Staff - - Responsibilities:
Set up and operate Cincinnati Centerless, Studer, and Drake grinding machines to produce high-tolerance components;
Hold tight tolerances (often ±0.0001") and perform mid-process adjustments;
Blueprint Reading: interpret complex drawings and GD&T specifications;
Dress wheels and select speeds/feeds for various alloys;
Master Level: perform complex setups from scratch and mentor junior grinders
